The Role – Behaviour Mentor
We are looking for a confident and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to support students aged 5–16 with SEMH needs. You will work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them manage behaviour, build resilience, and re-engage with learning. The ideal candidate will have experience working with challenging behaviour and a calm, consistent approach.
