Are you a passionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor looking for a rewarding role where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people? What We Offer:
Daily rate of pay between £95 to £135, depending on experience (DOE)

Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a secondary school or alternative provision setting
Ability to support students with behavioural needs in a calm and consistent manner
Strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
