Behaviour Mentor – Tower Hamlets
Salary: £85 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Long-term
GSL Education is recruiting a proactive Behaviour Mentor to work within a school in Tower Hamlets supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
Work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils’ behavioural and emotional development.
Build positive relationships and act as a role model for students.
Support teachers in implementing behaviour strategies and intervention plans.
Create a safe and nurturing learning environment.
Requirements:
Experience working with SEMH or challenging behaviour is desirable.
Patience, resilience and excellent interpersonal skills.
A proactive and positive attitude towards supporting young people.
