* Behaviour Mentor required in Redbridge
* Full-time role beginning September 2025
* Proven experience supporting children with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
* Primary school setting with strong pastoral and SEN team

Behaviour Mentor – The Role
We’re looking for a nurturing and proactive Behaviour Mentor to join a forward-thinking primary school in Redbridge. You will support individual pupils (mainly KS2) with SEMH needs, delivering 1:1 sessions and group interventions that encourage positive behaviour and engagement. You’ll work closely with the SENCo, class teachers, and parents to create consistent support plans.
