Job Description
Prospero Teaching is looking for passionate Behaviour Mentors to join our SEN PRU Secondary Boys School in South East London, Peckham.
Position: Behaviour Mentor
Location: South East London, Peckham
Start Date: ASAP
Full Time: 5 days per week
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £90 - £100 per day (Depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Temporary to permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges
Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour
Assist with daily classroom activities and provide emotional support
Work with teachers and staff to create a safe, supportive environment
Monitor and report on students' progress, adapting strategies as needed
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with students with SEMH needs
Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach
