The Role – Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support KS3 and KS4 students with SEMH needs, some of whom display challenging behaviour. Your role will be to build positive relationships, provide 1:1 mentoring, encourage engagement in lessons, and act as a consistent role model. You may also deliver sports or enrichment
The School – Behaviour Mentor
This SEMH school is located in Enfield they provide education to children ages 11- 16. They have on site parking and training for all staff weekly.
