The Role – Behaviour Mentor
This Behaviour Mentor role is to work with children who have SEMH and can sometimes exhibit challenging behaviour, the children are in KS3 and KS4 and require a positive role model to work 1:1 with them through out the school day. As a Behaviour Mentor you will manage behaviour in line with the schools policy, building positive relationships with children helping them engage in class activities as well as delivering sports.

This SEMH school is located in Enfield they provide education to children ages 11- 16. They have on site parking and training for all staff weekly.
