About the role – Behaviour Mentor
I am working with this mainstream secondary school who are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join their team ASAP. The successful candidate will work with students, staff, and families to promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning. You will provide targeted one-to-one and small group support, helping students to overcome barriers, build resilience, and reach their potential. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and creating an inclusive, safe, and aspirational school environment.

This mixed secondary academy in Tower Hamlets caters to students aged 11–19. Newly opened in 2016, it is part of a wider multi-academy trust that also includes several primary schools.
