The Role – Behaviour Mentor
Qualiteach are seeking a passionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a PRU in Camden on a full-time, long-term basis. As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll work closely with students aged 11-16 who have been excluded from mainstream education due to behavioural, emotional or social difficulties. You’ll support them both inside and outside the classroom, helping to manage behaviour, re-engage them with learning, and act as a positive role model. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, a calm and proactive attitude, and the ability to build trust with vulnerable young people.

This PRU in Camden supports secondary-aged students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. The school has a strong, supportive staff team and a therapeutic approach to behaviour management.
