The Role – Behaviour Mentor
Qualiteach are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join an SEMH specialist school in Brent this September. The role involves working closely with students aged 11–16 who display high levels of emotional dysregulation and behavioural needs. You’ll use de-escalation techniques, support classroom learning and contribute to EHCP targets. This role is ideal for those with a background in youth work, residential care, or specialist SEMH provisions.
