The Role – Behaviour Mentor
Qualiteach are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join a PRU based in Hammersmith and Fulham on a full-time, long-term basis. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support students aged 11–16 who are at risk of exclusion or have been permanently excluded from mainstream education. You will work closely with the class teacher and behaviour leads to de-escalate challenging situations, provide emotional support and help students re-engage with learning. A strong understanding of trauma-informed approaches and previous PRU or youth work experience is essential.

This is a well-established Pupil Referral Unit in Hammersmith and Fulham that supports students with complex behavioural needs. The school fosters a supportive, resilient learning environment and offers regular behaviour-focused CPD for staff.
