Behaviour Mentor – PRU – Hammersmith and Fulham – September Start * Behaviour Mentor – available for work in Hammersmith and Fulham * Behaviour Mentor – to commit to a full-time, long-term role * Behaviour Mentor – available to trial ASAP * Behaviour Mentor – with experience supporting challenging behaviour * Behaviour Mentor – with experience in a PRU or alternative provision Are you a Behaviour Mentor looking for a new role in Hammersmith and Fulham? Do you have experience supporting students with social, emotional or behavioural difficulties in a PRU setting? Are you a Behaviour Mentor available for a full-time, long-term role starting this September? If you answered yes to the questions above, then this Behaviour Mentor position is for you! The Role – Behaviour Mentor Qualiteach are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join a PRU based in Hammersmith and Fulham on a full-time, long-term basis. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support students aged 11–16 who are at risk of exclusion or have been permanently excluded from mainstream education. You will work closely with the class teacher and behaviour leads to de-escalate challenging situations, provide emotional support and help students re-engage with learning. A strong understanding of trauma-informed approaches and previous PRU or youth work experience is essential. The School – Behaviour Mentor This is a well-established Pupil Referral Unit in Hammersmith and Fulham that supports students with complex behavioural needs. The school fosters a supportive, resilient learning environment and offers regular behaviour-focused CPD for staff.
