The Role – Behaviour Mentor
I am working with a well-regarded SEMH school in Orpington that is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time, long-term role working with students aged 7–13 years old across KS2 and KS3. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide tailored support to students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, helping them manage behaviour, build resilience, and engage positively in their learning. You’ll work both 1:1 and in small groups, and will need to demonstrate patience, consistency, and strong behaviour management skills. Previous experience working with challenging behaviour is essential.

Located in the London Borough of Bromley, this SEMH school caters to students aged 7–13 who require additional emotional and behavioural support.
