What You’ll Be Doing:
* Offering 1:1 and small group mentoring for pupils with SEMH diagnoses
* Supporting pupils with daily routines, transitions, and emotional regulation
* Reinforcing behaviour plans and de-escalation protocols in and out of class
* Collaborating with in-house therapists, pastoral leads, and external agencies
* Acting as a consistent adult role model, building trust over time
* Supporting students to rebuild confidence, resilience, and academic engagement
