Behaviour Mentor - Secondary School - Lewisham
Full-Time | Long-Term | Immediate Start | Competitive Pay (PAYE)
Tradewind Recruitment is working with a supportive mainstream secondary school in Lewisham who are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team. This full-time, long-term role is to start immediately and will continue until the end of the academic year, providing vital support to students who require additional behavioural and emotional guidance.
The Role
Support students on a 1:1 and small-group basis to help them stay engaged in lessons
Promote positive behaviour and help students manage challenges effectively
Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff and parents to improve student outcomes
Contribute to a safe, supportive and inclusive school environment
Requirements
Experience supporting children or young people (school, youth work or similar)
Calm, confident approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Availability to work full-time until July
