Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support students and staff across schools in the Northampton area. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who wants to have a meaningful impact on young people's lives.
The Role:
Promote a positive behaviour culture across the school
Mentor individual students to improve engagement and conduct
Support staff in implementing structured intervention plans
Maintain a visible presence around the school to support behaviour
Lead on positive rewards systems and behavioural tracking
Coordinate community outreach programmes, character development, and work experience opportunities
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with young people in education, youth work, or similar settings
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Resilient, proactive, and passionate about student welfare
Able to build strong relationships and lead by example

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
