Behaviour Mentor – Newham – 95 to 120 Daily Rate – Full time Immediate Start – Primary School Role
* Full time role offering an immediate start for a Behaviour Mentor
* Primary role available in KS2 for a Behaviour Mentor
* East London requirement for a Behaviour Mentor who has worked in a Primary school
* Must have experience mentoring challenging behaviour and have the ability to be a positive role model

The Position – Behaviour Mentor
We’re seeking a compassionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. You’ll act as a positive role model, helping children from difficult backgrounds build trust, resilience, and positive learning habits.
Key Requirements:
* Experience supporting SEMH pupils or similar settings
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Empathy, patience, and consistency
* Ability to build nurturing relationships and promote emotional wellbeing
