Full-Time | Long-Term | Immediate Start
Are you a resilient and passionate individual with experience supporting young people? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated Behaviour Mentors to join welcoming mainstream secondary schools in Bromley.
This is a full-time, long-term role starting immediately-ideal for someone who wants to make a real impact by supporting students with behavioural and emotional needs.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
Implement tailored behaviour strategies and positive interventions
Build strong, trusting relationships that help students re-engage with learning
Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive environment
What we're looking for:
Previous experience working with children or young people (e.g. in education, youth work, or care)
Strong communication, behaviour management, and de-escalation skills
A proactive, empathetic, and resilient approach
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
