The Role – Behaviour Mentor
Qualiteach are looking for a confident and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist ASD/SEMH school in Ealing on a full-time, long-term basis. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work alongside class teachers and support staff to manage behaviour, deliver interventions, and build strong relationships with students to promote positive outcomes both socially and academically. The successful candidate will have a solid background in behaviour support and experience working with students who have additional needs, particularly Autism and SEMH. An enhanced DBS on the update service is required.

This is a specialist school based in Ealing, catering for students aged 7–16 with Autism and social, emotional, and mental health needs. The school offers a nurturing and structured environment, with excellent behaviour support systems and ongoing training opportunities for staff.
