Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual? Long Term Futures is looking for a fantastic Behaviour Mentor to join a "Good"-rated primary school in Wandsworth. Behaviour Mentor is a vital role. At Long Term Futures, we specialise in finding you the right fit. This isn't day-to-day supply; you'll have long-term stability and the potential for a permanent role. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to foster a positive, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated one-on-one and small group support.
Implement strategies to help children manage emotions.
Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
De-escalate challenging situations calmly and effectively.
Requirements
Experience supporting children's behaviour in a school.
Understanding of behaviour management techniques.
The ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
A valid enhanced DBS check or willingness to get one.
