Key Responsibilities
Support students on a 1:1 or small group basis with behaviour management and emotional regulation
Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to implement behaviour intervention strategies
Act as a positive role model and mentor to students, helping to build self-esteem and motivation
Assist in de-escalating challenging situations in a calm, professional manner
Contribute to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive school environment
About You
Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs (school, youth work, coaching, etc.)
Calm, patient, and confident in managing behaviour positively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and flexible approach to working in a school environment
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people to succeed
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
