Behaviour Mentor - Secondary Schools in Bromley

Role Highlights:
Supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and inspiring school environment
What We're Looking For:
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience working with young people or within an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
A genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential
