The Role – Behaviour Mentor
Qualiteach are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join an SEMH school in Brent on a full-time, long-term basis. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working closely with students aged 11–16 who present challenging behaviours and require additional support to engage in learning. You will use a trauma-informed approach and restorative practice to help build trust and support students both emotionally and academically. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an SEMH setting or similar and must have an enhanced DBS on the update service.
The School – Behaviour Mentor
This Brent-based SEMH school supports secondary-aged students with a range of social, emotional, and mental health needs. The school offers a supportive environment, small class sizes, and ongoing CPD and behaviour management training for all staff.
