If so, this Behaviour Mentor role could be exactly what you’re looking for! The Role – Behaviour Mentor We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Behaviour Mentor to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Southwark. The school caters for children aged 4–11 and supports a number of pupils with SEMH needs, as well as those with behavioural difficulties and additional learning needs. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils who need help regulating their emotions and behaviour. You will play a key role in helping children to stay engaged in learning, build positive relationships, and develop essential coping strategies. Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach are essential.
