Behaviour Mentor - KS2
Location: Birmingham (B31)
Day Rate: £460 - £500 per week
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
Start Date: ASAP
Do you have experience supporting children with ADHD, emotional regulation, and behavioural needs? We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive primary school in the Northfield (B31) area, working with KS2 pupils to promote engagement, positive behaviour, and emotional well-being.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in behaviour management and a passion for helping children thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting KS2 pupils with ADHD and behavioural challenges on a 1:1 and small group basis
Implementing strategies to promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour
Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored interventions
Encouraging engagement in learning and helping pupils build confidence
Creating a calm and structured environment to support progressWhat We're Looking For
Experience supporting children with ADHD and behavioural needs in a primary setting
A calm, patient, and resilient nature
Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations
