Job Description
Tradewind Recruitment are looking for resilient and dedicated Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Denbigh secondary schools.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 support to pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.
Help pupils develop positive coping strategies.
Support classroom engagement and learning.
Work closely with pastoral teams, teachers, and SEN staff.
Requirements:
Experience in SEMH, youth work, mentoring, or behaviour support.
Calm, resilient, and empathetic personality.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
