Job Description

Behaviour Mentor Location: Rugby, CV21 Contract: Long-term/Permanent Weekly Pay: £500-£520 Start Date: September 2026 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term Time Only) The Opportunity: Long Term Futures are looking to appoint a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive primary school in the Rugby area from September 2026. This is a full-time opportunity working with pupils who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, behavioural difficulties, and additional learning needs. Working alongside the SENCO, class teachers, and pastoral team, you will deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils build positive relationships, develop emotional regulation skills, and access learning successfully.
