Job Description

Job Title: Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant Location: Rugby, Warwickshire Salary: £95 - £100 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications) Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time only Start Date: Immediate or Flexible for the right candidate Are you Team Teach trained and passionate about supporting students with behavioural or additional needs? We are seeking a confident, resilient, and proactive Team Teach-trained Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic and inclusive school in Rugby. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with pupils who require additional behavioural or emotional support, helping them to access learning in a safe and structured environment.
