We are looking for experienced Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistants to join our team at specialist schools in Ealing. These schools provide tailored support for pupils aged 3-19 years with ASD, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs), and Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities.

Your Responsibilities
Provide targeted support to pupils with behavioural difficulties
Assist with personal care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of students

Essential Requirements
Previous experience supporting children and young people with behavioural needs
Strong behaviour management skills and experience working with ASD, SEMH, or complex needs
Willingness to assist with personal care, ensuring students' dignity and well-being
Current Team Teach and First Aid certificates, or willingness to train
