Do you have experience working 1:1 with pupils to help them engage positively in learning and build confidence in a school setting? Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people who need extra guidance and support? The Role – Behaviour Support Assistant As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will provide tailored support to help children manage their emotions, build confidence, and re-engage positively with learning. Working closely with teachers and the pastoral team, the Behaviour Support Assistant will help implement behaviour strategies, deliver targeted interventions, and maintain a calm and inclusive classroom. The ideal Behaviour Support Assistant will be resilient, empathetic, and confident using de-escalation techniques. Experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour is essential.
