Behaviour Mentor – Primary – Westminster
Location: Westminster, Central London
Start Date: September 2025
Daily Rate: £90–£105
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
An outstanding primary school in Westminster is recruiting a confident and experienced Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH and behaviour challenges starting September.
Working predominantly with KS2 pupils, the Behaviour Mentor will play a vital role in supporting pupils to engage with learning, regulate their emotions and build positive relationships in school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils with behaviour and emotional needs
* Working alongside the SENCO and class teachers to implement strategies
* Delivering structured interventions and mentoring sessions
* Encouraging attendance, punctuality, and engagement
* Promoting a safe, nurturing and inclusive school environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with SEMH or challenging behaviour
* Strong interpersonal and behaviour management skills
* Calm, confident and adaptable approach
* Willingness to work flexibly across classes when needed
* A genuine passion for inclusion and pupil development
