Behaviour Support Assistant – Permanent Position       Start Date: October 2025 (Interviews early September) Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent behaviour management skills and strong conflict resolution abilities to join a dedicated team who are committed to ensuring every child achieves their full potential. About the Role: As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who have been removed from the main classroom or are based within the school’s specialist resource unit. You’ll provide guidance, support, and encouragement to help students re-engage positively with learning. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis. Managing challenging behaviour calmly and effectively. Implementing strategies to promote positive choices and emotional regulation. Working collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
