This Outstanding secondary school in Hounslow is looking for a proactive and emotionally intelligent Behaviour Support Assistant to provide 1:1 guidance to a Year 7 pupil who needs help navigating the transition to secondary school.
This role goes beyond classroom support — you’ll play a key role in mentoring, regulating, and guiding a student with emerging behaviour needs, supported by a specialist pastoral and inclusion team.
Key Highlights:
* Behaviour Support Assistant – immediate start in Year 7
* Earn £95–£110 per day | Long-term, full-time role

* Helping manage movement between classes and breaks calmly
* Supporting learning tasks with redirection and reassurance
* Liaising with staff to implement behaviour plans and rewards
* Acting as a positive, consistent role model every day
Ideal Behaviour Support Assistant For this Hounslow School:

* Experience with SEMH, behaviour mentoring or youth work a strong advantage
