Behaviour & Inclusion Support – South Leeds  Start: November | ⏰ Full Time f |  Pay depends on your skills & qualifications Be the one they remember. The calm voice. The steady presence. We’re looking for Behaviour & Inclusion Support legends to join a specialist setting in South Leeds—a place where young people who’ve been excluded, unwell, or let down by mainstream get another shot.  The Role: Support students in KS3 & KS4 who are finding their feet in a new environment Work 1:1 or in tight-knit groups—whatever helps them settle Help kids who communicate differently or need structure to feel seen and heard Stay cool when things get heated, and show them there’s always someone in their corner  You’ll thrive here if you: Don’t flinch when chaos kicks off—you’ve got calm on lock Get that behaviour’s never random, and there’s always a reason Want to make school feel like a fresh start, not another let-down To get started, you’ll need: A DBS on the update service (or be up for getting one with us) Two recent references A big heart, solid boundaries, and a head for safeguarding Why roll with Protocol?
