Job Description
Academics are seeking a Behaviour Support Lead to drive positive behaviour strategies across an SEN school.
Key Responsibilities of a Behaviour Support Lead:
Lead the school's behaviour management and pastoral strategy.
Develop and implement systems to support pupils with behavioural, social, and emotional needs.
Mentor and coach behaviour staff, including SEN TAs and Behaviour Mentors.
Collaborate with senior leaders, teachers, parents, and external agencies.
Monitor behaviour data, attendance, and outcomes to inform strategy.Ideal Candidate for the position of Behaviour Support Lead:
Proven experience in behaviour management leadership or senior pastoral roles.
Strong understanding of SEMH, SEN, and inclusion principles.
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
