Vision for Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Support Teacher for specialist school settings in Blackpool from December 2025 on a full-time basis. Pay is from £(Apply online only) per day.

We have full-time Teaching vacancies for secondary specialist providers in Blackpool, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils with Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs and associated conditions such as Autism or ADHD.
You will teach small classes of pupils aged 11–16 (Year 7–Year 11), adapting lessons to meet individual needs and using strong behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
About the school
The schools are based in Blackpool (FY1, FY3, FY4) and offer a broad, needs-led curriculum including academic and vocational subjects. Lessons take place in small groups of no more than 8 pupils, allowing for a highly personalised approach.
The focus is on helping students progress emotionally, socially, behaviourally, and academically. There are opportunities for the role to become permanent after a qualifying period.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teacher, you will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an experienced instructor with relevant teaching experience.
Be confident in behaviour management and able to de-escalate challenging situations.
Plan and deliver tailored lessons that engage and motivate learners.
Be resilient, empathetic, and committed to supporting students from underprivileged backgrounds.
Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
Salary
£140–£200 per day (dependent on experience, training, or qualifications).
