Behaviour Support Worker - Reading ASAP Start - Full-Time Position Are you passionate about supporting young people to manage their emotions and behaviour in a positive and nurturing way? A dynamic and inclusive SEN and SEMH school in Reading is looking for a Behaviour Support Worker to join their supportive team. You'll be working with students who have Autism, ADHD, social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), or behavioural challenges linked to trauma and anxiety. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you'll play a key role in helping students develop self-regulation skills, build confidence, and engage positively in their learning. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff, you'll provide one-to-one and small group support, implement behaviour strategies, and promote emotional wellbeing.
