£110-£125 per day

We're working with a specialist SEMH school (Secondary and 16+) in Bromley that is urgently looking for a confident, resilient Behaviour Support Workers to join their team.

If you have experience working with challenging behaviour and want to make a genuine impact as a Behaviour Support Worker, this is a fantastic opportunity where no two days are the same.

What you'll be doing as a Behaviour Support Worker:

Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour
Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams
Helping students re-engage with education 

What we need from you:

Experience with SEMH, PRU, youth work, or similar
Strong behaviour management skills
A calm, resilient, and proactive approach
Available from September
