Behaviour Mentor - Tameside:
Are you a calm and resilient teaching assistant with experience in behaviour management? We are currently seeking behaviour mentors to join a large provision in the Tameside are, from September, on a long-term basis.
The Role:
Positively and effectively managing behaviour
Regularly communicating with other staff and external agencies regarding progressPosition Details:
Position: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Tameside
Type of Work: Temporary
Full Time/Part time: Full-Time only
Minimum Rate of Pay: £95 per day, depending on experience
Start date: September 2025
End date: Ongoing, Long-TermExperience, Training & Qualifications:
Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
Previous experience within a similar role, or a strong background in sports/coaching
Team Teach Level 2 training is highly desired
A resilient, positive and proactive natureTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional referencesOTHER
