Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 or small group support for students displaying challenging behaviour
Promote positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques
Build trusted relationships with students and act as a positive role model
Support teachers with classroom management and intervention plans
Assist with daily routines and the emotional well being of students
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational or care setting
Understanding of behavioural needs, SEMH, or additional learning needs
Resilient, calm, and confident approach to managing challenging situations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
