The Role – Behaviour Teaching Assistant
Qualiteach are seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Brent on a long-term, full-time basis. The successful candidate will support secondary-aged students who have been excluded from mainstream education, providing academic, emotional and behavioural support both in and out of the classroom. You will work closely with the class teacher and pastoral team to help pupils engage positively with learning and develop coping strategies. Prior experience in a PRU or SEMH school is highly desirable.
