The role – Behaviour Teaching Assistant
Qualiteach are looking for an exuberant, experienced and supportive TA to work as a 1:1 behavioural support for a student with ASD and challenging behavioural needs. As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will be working in the class with a year 5 boy with ASD and severe challenging behaviour. As a Behaviour TA, you will need a strong ability to build rapport as the student you will be supporting needs a good role model and someone consistent to work with in the classroom. The role is a long-term, full-time temp to perm position and is for an immediate start. To be considered for this position, you will need to have a DBS on the update service and experience working with SEN and challenging behavioural needs.

The school is in East London, in the London Borough of Waltham Forest in Chingford and is a 2-form entry primary school catering for students aged 4-11 years old. The school has a “Good” rating by Ofsted and is easily accessible via local transport and by driving.
