Responsibilities of a Behaviour Teaching Assistant:
Provide 1:1 support for pupils with challenging behaviour, Autism, and mental health needs
Help promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and a safe learning space
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to provide consistent, tailored support

Requirements for Behaviour Teaching Assistant role:
Previous experience working with children with SEN, ADHD, SEMH, or similar needs (paid or voluntary)
A calm, patient, and resilient personality with a genuine passion for making a difference
Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative, supportive setting
