We are working with a high-achieving secondary school in Lambeth that is seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.
The Role – Behaviour Teaching Assistant
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with challenging behaviour
* Implement behaviour strategies and mentoring to help students stay on track academically and emotionally
* Work closely with pastoral and SEN teams to ensure student wellbeing
* Play a key part in promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning
The Ideal Candidate – Behaviour Teaching Assistant
* Previous experience working with secondary-aged students
* Confident in managing behaviour and building rapport with students
* Committed, reliable, and calm under pressure
* A genuine passion for education and supporting young people, particularly those at risk of exclusion
