Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant - Brigg Are you someone who sees beyond behaviour and into the heart of a young person? We are seeking a committed Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work one-to-one or supporting a small group in Primary Schools across the Brigg area. If you're passionate about helping young people overcome social, emotional, and behavioural barriers to learning, this could be your opportunity to make a lasting impact. What You'll Be Doing As a Behaviour Support TA, you'll play a key role in the lives of pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviour, many of whom face significant challenges around regulation, anxiety, trauma, and behaviour.
