A specialist primary school in Reading is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This full-time role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in education, mental health, or social care - especially those considering future careers in Psychology, Counselling, Teaching, or Youth Work.
You will be working closely with children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH), Autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. Your role will involve supporting pupils in managing their emotions and behaviour in a positive and structured way, both inside and outside the classroom.

Salary: £89-£100 per day
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
