A welcoming and supportive school in Thatcham is seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who require additional behavioural support and help them engage positively with learning.

The Behaviour Teaching Assistant will work with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, supporting them to manage emotions, develop positive behaviour strategies, and build confidence.
