Job Description

Location: Swindon, SN2 Start Date: September Start Hours: Full-time and Part-Time, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday Salary: £89 per day Are you a caring, motivated individual with experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEND)? If you're passionate about making a difference and want a rewarding full-time role helping children thrive, we have an exciting opportunity in Swindon at a well-resourced SEND school—complete with an on-site farm that enriches the learning environment. About the Role: We are looking for full-time Learning Support Assistants to work with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis in a school that supports both primary and secondary-aged students with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Down Syndrome, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and complex needs. Students benefit from small class sizes, tailored learning, and access to the school’s on-site farm, which offers therapeutic and hands-on learning experiences. You’ll play a vital role in helping pupils engage with their education in a supportive, nurturing setting.
