About the role Behavioural Support Technician Location – Truro Contract Type – Part Time, Temporary (15 hours, 2 days a week) Working Hours – 8:30am - 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday Starting – November 2025 Salary - £89.33 - £95.06 per day Key Responsibilities -          Provide a calm and structured support network for students -          Provide support to learners in and out of the classroom -          Manage behavioural plans for a designated group of students -          Work closely with all teachers to put the correct action plans in place for learners -          Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures What we’re looking for -          Resilience, calm and patience -          Previous experience working with KS3 & KS4 learners -          Strong communication skills, dealing with both parents/guardians and students -          Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) -          Safeguarding Level 2 (Not essential) What we offer -          The chance to inspire and help learners with the next step of their journey -          Competitive pay -          A good working environment -          A large support network How to apply If this role is of any interest to you, we would love to hear from you!
