Starting 1st September, this temporary role will continue until the end of the 2025/26 academic year. This is a great opportunity for sport coaches, current teaching assistants, youth workers, and individuals thinking about a PGCE. Assist the class teacher in managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning environment. Implement strategies to help students regulate their emotions and behavior, supporting them to develop coping mechanisms. Work closely with the school's pastoral team to monitor student progress and well-being. Foster a supportive, encouraging atmosphere that builds students' confidence and helps them achieve their full potential.Requirements for this Behavioural Teaching Assistant Role: A DBS Check - Can be provided through us. EWC registration - Can be provided through us. Experience of working with secondary age children
