Key Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of project delivery from internal handover through to completion
* Act as the single point of contact for all project matters
* Monitor budgets and cost performance to meet or exceed financial targets
* Ensure all company governance and health & safety protocols are followed
* Develop and update project programmes, tracking progress and reporting changes
* Coordinate effectively with contractors, sub-contractors, and internal teams
* Build and manage strong relationships with external stakeholders
* Interpret electrical, MEP and control schematics with confidence
* Drive results under pressure, maintaining quality while meeting tight deadlines
What You’ll Bring:
* Strong experience delivering BMS projects (or transferable experience from M&E environments)
* Confident understanding of electrical, air, and hydraulic systems
* Proficiency in interpreting wiring diagrams and schematic drawings
* Ideally experience with Trend or Schneider StruxureWare systems (Siemens, Tridium, or Distech also welcome)
* Comfortable managing documentation, trackers and reports
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude
* A proactive approach to Health & Safety
* Flexibility to travel across Central London project sites
